Observed dumpster outside of establishment and boxes of new tiles. Spoke with owner Gurwail S. in regards to submitting for a remodel permit.Remodel will consist of new floor tiles, new countertop for soda equipment, and removing one restroom. Provided a link to owner to apply for a remodel permit. Discussed with owner that the drain line for the 3-compartment sink will need to be routed to a floor sink, provide a rigid drain line for the ice machine, install a hand sink within the 3-compartment sink room, provide washable ceiling tiles in the 3-comp room, and above the new countertop area. Per owner they will not have any open foods. At the time of inspection there were no open drinks or foods. A remodel permit will need to be submitted by the owner within 5 business days.Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.
