Observed the following food items cold holding at internal temperature of 44-52 deg F in a large reach in unit holding >41 deg F Cabbage, BBQ pork, bean sprouts, cooked chicken, shrimp, pooled eggs, tofu, noodles. Cook informed the noodles, BBQ pork, and tofu had been cold holding in unit since the night prior and discarded and placed the rest of the food items in the walk in. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
