Observed raw hamburger patties in the bottom of the reach-in unit next to the grill ranging from 44*F to 46*F. Ambient temperature of unit was 50*F using min/max thermometer. Per the person in charge they were placed in the unit from the walk-in less than 4 hours ago. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

The ambient temperature of the bottom drawer was 54.2*F using min/max thermometer. Per the person in charge the beef patties were placed in the unit less than four hours ago from the walk-in. Person in charge had employee put beef patties back in the walk-in to rapid cool.===Except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time is used as a control all TCS food to be maintained at 41°F or less.
