Inspector's notes

In the beverage cooler in the front seating area, observed 10 1% milks, 6 1% chocolate milks, 6 orange juice, and 4 lemonades. Using an infrared thermometer, temperature was indicated as 49.6 degrees F. Using a min/max thermometer, the internal ambient temperature of the unit was 44.6 degrees F. PIC stated the items have been in the unit overnight. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
