Inspector's notes
Observed multiple spray bottles with cleaner in them that did not have a label. One in the employee breakroom, one in the janitor's closet near the front bathrooms, one in the janitor's closet in the stockroom, and one in the sprinkler riser room. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that chemicals and cleaners need a label to reduce risk of chemical contamination. PIC used a marker to write the name on the spray bottles. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed 15+ shelving bays with various sealed containers/pallets of chemicals including sanitizers, detergents, sternos, etc. stored above sealed food contact surfaces such as foil sheets, to-go boxes, utensils, napkins, plates and gloves for foodservice. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed a stuck drain in the southwest corner of the produce walk in cooler. This drain services two condensation lines from walk in cooler fans. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. PIC placed an emergency work order a a plumber was onsite at the time of inspection. The plumber was able to restore normal functionality to the drain at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
