Observed mop sink in back area hooked up to a wall mounted chemical dispenser (drown stream of an atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) device) via quick release valve. Chemical dispenser was connected and system was under pressure during inspection. Chemical dispenser and quick release valve were removed at time. Please ensure chemical dispenser is hooked up to a dedicated water line, and AVB devices are not submit to constant pressure and abuse.
