Inspector's notes

Observed dipper well for ice cream scoops not turned on. Scoops were sitting in water at ambient temperature at 77°F. In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection and dipper well was turned on. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed handwashing sink located under the cashier bar with no running water, portable tank observed empty. Observed other portable handwashing sink located opposite of ice cream cart set up in a manner with splash flowing onto the ground causing graywater build-up. PIC restocked handwashing sink under cashier bar with water at time of inspection. Informed staff to use bigger container to catch graywater from portable handsink in order to avoid graywater build-up from splash. Facilities shall be maintained in conditions that promote handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
