Observed dipper well turned off and ice cream scoops sitting in still water. PIC stated it was not functional at the moment and had turned it off. In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed establishment open and operating without a operating hand wash sink. Person in charge was unable to get hand sink motor to turn on and produce adequate water pressure at time of inspection.
