Advised to double check the nozzles to ensure they are clean. The walls in the kitchen have been accumulating a lot of grease. Discussed with chef it is important to prevent the build up of grease. Per chef they will have it taken care of. Cleaning must be done at a frequency to prevent accumulation of dust, dirt, food debris, grease, and organic matter.
