Observed cheese boats and boneless wings in small reach in refrigerator near fryers with an internal temperature ranging 46-48*F. Cook stated food was placed in unit over 4 hours prior to inspection. Person in charge had cook discard food, submit work order, and place out of order sign on unit. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B) - Priority: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding.
