Observed cooked corn and blue cheese dressing with blue cheese crumbles cold holding at internal temperature of 50 deg F in a reach in unit that was holding >41 deg F and raw chicken also cold holding at 50 deg F in a bus tub on table by fryer. Cook informed the raw chicken had been on counter <30 minutes and placed in reach in unit and the corn and blue cheese crumble dressing had been brought out from walk in a short time prior and placed back in walk in. All TCS food held cold must maintain <41 deg F at all times. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
