Observed employee dropped food item on the ground, then didn't wash hands after continuing in food prep tasks. Talked to manager about handwashing, employee immediately washed their hands. Ensure that handwashing is occurring going between dirty and clean tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
