Observed pieces of chicken on the spit rod hanging. Employee said they were cleaned already. Discussed cleaning requirements with PIC. The rods may need to be cleaned twice to remove the residue. Employee re-cleaned the rods. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
