Observed employee drop their name badge, pick it up, and proceed to hold a pitcher of water used to fill cheesecake pans. Employee was also touching the pans the cheesecakes were placed on. Discussed when to wash hands. Employee washed hands. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
