Observed handwash sink by the 3-compartment sink with hot water valve blocked and bolted as to not be used. Water temperature: 70°F. Additionally, the handwash sink in the employee restroom was observed with cold water valve broken and unusable. Water temperature: 120°F. Handwash sink by the cashier works properly. Informed person in charge (PIC) that handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Please fix within 10 days (07/02/26). Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection (07/02/26).
