Observed small cooler by the coffee machine with ambient temperature of 54.1°F as measured via min/max thermometer. This cooler is utilized for dairy storage. Half and half creamer internal temperature: 52°F. Informed person in charge (PIC) that TCS products have to be cold held at 41°F or below. PIC does not know when the cooler stopped working. PIC discarded items at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
