After speaking with person-in-charge (PIC), observed no written policy for cleaning up vomiting and diarrheal events is in place. Written procedures for clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events is required onsite at all times. PIC was given a written policy for creating a vomit and diarrhea clean-up plan at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
