Observed one utensil in use stored in the hand wash sink in the kitchen, also a fan was placed in front of the sink, the hand wash was not accessible at time of inspection. All hand wash sink must be accessible at all times. PIC moved the utensil and fan from the hand wash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Discussed cooling methods with manager. Manager opened the plastic membrane at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
