Observed the following food items cold holding on a tall, wheeled cart at internal temperature of 44-48 deg F near the door of the walk-in unit. Manager informed the food items had been on cart since the night prior and discarded Pepperoni and mozzarella charcuterie, ham egg cheese sandwiches, rib, chicken and Swiss, hamburgers, western omelet, sausage and egg and sausage and muffin . Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
