Observed containers of milk cold holding at internal temperature of 45-46 deg F in a reach in unit that was overfilled by the drive-in window. PIC informed that this milk had been cold holding in unit since the night prior and discarded. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed some standing water in the walk-in unit that PIC informed was from a water leak from possibly condensation line in the wall of the walk-in cold unit. PIC informed the water is being removed with floor scraper as needed. PIC informed maintenance is coming to repair leak next week. Walk in is maintaining required temperature and Food items needing protection have been removed from floor. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed high pressure nozzle with shut off valve attached to a hose connected to the mop sink with an AVB. It was also observed that the AVB was under pressure at time of inspection. PIC removed shut-off downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) at time of inspection. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. Instructed PIC to ensure that nozzle is removed every time in between uses.
