Observed build up of organic matter on smoothie nozzles located fountain drink area and on the ice machine located in the coffee area. The nozzles and ice machine must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent the accumulation of organic matter. Discussed cleaning frequency and cleaning methods with the PIC. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
