#52 — Sewage and Waste Water Properly DisposedPriority5-402.13

Inspector's notes

Observed a sewer back up in the floor sink below the blender rinse out sink. Was able to remove the grate, clean, scrub, and run hot water to unclog the drain. Talked to staff, and had been an issue for a couple days. Talked with staff about cleaning policy and ways to prevent issues in the future. Ensure that floor sinks are clear enough as to not back up and convey sewer onto the ground. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
