Inspector's notes
Observed a heavy, black, crusted organic buildup on the baking sheets and racks. Discussed the frequency of routine deep cleaning. Discussed the importance of removing burned matter from baking sheets. Also observed multicolor organic matter in the microwave oven. The cavities and door seals of microwaves shall be cleaned after each spill or at least every 24 hours. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
