Inspector's notes

Observed lunchables at 68F inside a reach in fridge facing the window and the afternoon sun. The curtain is broken, leading to very hot air hitting the open case. Manager removed the items. Ensure that all TCS foods during cold holding are kept at 41F or less. Manager removed the items. Nearby items in case were at 40-45F. Case is working, and not in a defrost cycle. Ensure that curtain barrier is replaced along the outer wall. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
