Observed the ambient temperature of the walkin was at 49-51F. A service person had been called and on their way. Ensure that all cold holding equipment is capable of keeping foods at 41F or less. Outer thermomter at 48-53F, and inside thermometer at 49F. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours. Will re-inspect within 24 hours for correction.
