Observed 3 comp sink set up with chlorine sanitizer at 10ppm. Emptied sink and helped establishment set up a proper solution to sanitize dishes at 50ppm. A chlorine sanitizer should be at 50-100 ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
