Observed employee dipping dishes in sanitizer basin for 1 second and setting it out to air dry. Manager talked to employee, and had them rewash/sanitize the dishes. Ensure that dishes at under the quat sanitizer for at least 30 seconds. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
