E&D, class 2__Doughnut ParlorFinal construction inspection was conducted with the owner and contractors. Construction has been completed. Permit is approved.Please address the following items prior to the routine inspection:1. Noted the micro-switch for the air curtain at the delivery door could not shut off after the door is closed. Please repair.2. Re-wrap the condenser pipes inside the walk-in freezer with foam insulation then use freezer tape to wrap around the foam. 3. Seal the condenser pipe penetration inside the walk-in freezer. There are gaps that allow moisture to go inside the unit and ice is formed on the floor, walls and ceiling. Properly seal the unit will prevent this.4. Mount water filters at least 6 inches off the floor.5. Provide mop, broom and cleaning tools hangers.6. Provide test reports for the testable backflow preventers. Report is auto mailed to owner and sent to the contractor.A copy of the inspection rights is attached to the report.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Please contact the Department at 602-506-6824 to schedule the next inspection. Currently allow 7-15 business days to schedule.This establishment/operation has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the issuance of the permit. Please address the following items prior to the final construction inspection on 4/9/24:1. Provide door sweep/ weather stripping on exterior doors.2. Provide a vented dual check valve backflow preventer (ASSE 1022) at the water connection point of the espresso machine. 3. Provide self-closing doors for the customer self-service pastry case.4. Caulk and seal around pipe penetrations and gaps at corner trims, trims on FRP, etc. This includes between ceiling panels, electrical conduits and missing plugs inside the walk-in unit.5. Provide right side splash guard on the front service hand sink. Guard must be at the height of the faucet and length of the sink. 6. All floor sinks must have strainers.7. All drainpipes must be rigid and indirectly discharge to the nearest floor sink with minimum 1” air gap from the finished grade.8.
