Inspector's notes

Observed the hot table accidentally unplugged during cleaning earlier today. The rice, beans, and green chile pork were between 115*F and 125*F. Foods had been under 135*F for less than 2 hours. Foods were reheated on the stove over 165*F prior to returning to hot holding. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

In the prep cooler across from the grill observed Pico at 55*F, cut lettuce at 55*F, guac with tomatoes at 53*F, cooked green chiles at 57*F, and shredded cheese at 54*F. All foods were placed in the unit approximately 3 hours prior and unit was holding at 57*F on inspector's min/max thermometer. All foods were moved to the large reach in coolers to cool.
