Observed cleaning cart placed in front of the hand wash sink in the kitchen and used utensil stored in the hand wash sink, Hand wash sink was not accessible at time of inspection. All hand wash sink must be accessible at all times. Employee moved the cleaning cart and used utensils away from the hand wash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
