Observed pink organic matter on the inside of the ice chutes at the soda machines. Spoke with PIC and they will be cleaned. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of soil/build up. Ensure it is cleaned by the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

No County legal action will result from this inspection.Store was temporarily closed upon arrival due to internet/point-of-sale system being down. Store was not actively preparing/reheating food items at the time of inspection due to the closure. Store re-opened while routine inspection was still being conducted. Discussed repairing/replacing any broken/missing cove tiles with manager. Also discussed conducting additional cleaning throughout the room behind the soda fountain and behind/underneath the tea station.
