Open containers of milk, almond milk, and oat milk found on counter with internal temperatures of 47*F, 55*F, and 46*F respectively. PIC stated they had been opened within the last 30 minutes and moved them to the cooler they're normally kept in for cooling and continued cold holding. The cooler was working properly. Discussed possible use of time as a control for dairy items during periods of high customer volume. Ice bathes can also be used for maintaining cold temperatures outside of coolers (be aware of packaging materials that may weaken in water). Cold held TCS food items must be maintained at 41*F or below. ***2nd consecutive violation*** Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Please clean this area in a manner and frequency to remove and prevent possible harborage and attraction of pests. Pest control was last administered on 7/8/24 with no sightings noted inside the establishment (ants were noted outdoors). Please have pest control administered prior to re-inspection within 10 days.
