Predefined Comment: Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Predefined Comment: PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection.

Observed cheese muffins, sausage egg and cheese, chicken and swiss, beef chargrilled burgers, crispy bites and pizza with disposition time of 8:22AM and 1:21PM (3 hours past discard time). All items were pulled by shiftsmart employee at time of inspection. Also observed roasted turkey havarti sandwiches with expiration time of 9:39AM. Sandwich was pulled and discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Weekly manual cleaning is required and records must be stored on site for 180 days. **It was observed that the curser on the machine was not working properly and makes it difficult to check daily cleaning logs in the system.
