Equipment inspection conducted with Site Superintendent. At the time of this inspection, this project was about 95% complete. Okay to stock and trainCorrect/address the following items prior to final inspection:1) Provide the C of O from the city of Mesa.2) Ensure all equipment is on and holding at 41'F or below. The ice cream cases, stand along freezer and under counter freezer weren't turned on. 3) Provide cove base to the bottom of case work, front of the mop sink, and near the freezers on the sales floor.4) Flash the left side of the walk-in freezer.5) Provide escutcheon plates or caulk around all pipe penetrations. 6) Provide an ASSE 1022 dual check valve backflow preventer for the ice maker.
