Inspector's notes

Observed sanitizer buckets with washrags along service line. When tested with provided QT-40 test strips, no color change was elicited from the solution. Per PIC they were provided Pro Clean Surface Cleaner Sanitizer RTU to use for dishware and wash buckets by the new chemical company. PIC was not provided with new test strips and had continued to hand dose three-comp sink and buckets. Educated PIC that the correct test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. Correct prior to re-inspection on 9/4/24.
