Observed light shining through the bottom portion of the back door to the establishment. When the door was pushed open, it did not automatically close itself completely. No air curtain was present at time of inspection. PIC stated that they are actively working to replace the back door. Establishment must have solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed cups with no handles used as scoop in sugar bin. Ensure scoops with handles are used to prevent contamination from the hands. When storing scoops with handles, ensure handle is stored in an upright position. In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection. Observed light entering through moderately large gaps along backdoor of establishment and backdoor not self-closing. Outer openings of a food establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: (1) Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; (2) Closed, tight-fitting windows; and (3) Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.
