Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed the front customer service and cold/hot holding line is covered with plastic curtains as a barrier to the dining room and cook line. The countertop in the service line was also removed. Discussed the issue with the facility manager. The facility manager stated that only the countertop and hot-holding electrical equipment will be replaced; no changes to plumbing, circuits, or drywall are considered in the minor remodeling plan. Advised manager that any remodeling in the approved permit of the food establishment required a submission of an application explaining the changes. Even if it is a minor change. Call the department for plan review at 602-506-6072 or submit the application to maricopa.gov/environmentalservices/planreview
