Observed chipped lids over sugar and flour containers in kitchen. Discussed with person in charge replacing broken lids to deter any pests and protect dry goods from contamination. PIC stated they would order lids and replace them this week Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
