Observed the following food items cold holding at internal temperature of 47-52 deg F in a reach in unit that is holding temperature at >41 deg F. Assistant manager informed the food items had been cold holding in unit several days prior and discarded Deli bologna, turkey, hot dogs, ham steak, sausage, loaded nachos, real whip cream, shredded cheese, American and cheddar cheese, milk, (Lunchables deli turkey and ham) and bacon. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed one can of sardines with the top seal broken. Observed 1 can of spaghetti O's with a dent near the upper seam of the can. Observed can of sliced pears with a dent on the lower seam of the can. Observed 2 cans of sliced pineapples with a dent on the upper seam of the can. Observed 1 can of yams with a dent on the upper seam of the can. Swollen, rusted and cans dented on any of the 3 can seams (top, bottom, side) or deep, sharp dents should be considered unsafe. PIC separated the damaged cans. A designated area will be used to store damaged cans until removal from the establishment. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
