Observed cooked wings cold holding in bottom drawer of a reach in unit in plastic container at internal temperature of 47 deg F. Observed cut leaf salad and hard-boiled eggs and beans cold holding in plastic containers at the bottom portion of a reach in unit at internal temperature of 49-50 deg F. Manager informed all food items had been removed from walk in earlier in day and placed back in walk in for rapid cooling. This is the second consecutive violation. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed no hand wash signage for either restroom. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands must be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and must be clearly visible to food employees. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
