Inspector's notes

Observed all east and west bars to be using reusable microfiber towels as hand drying provision. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Approved hand drying provisions include Individual, disposable towels; Continuous towel system that supplies user with clean towel; Heated-air hand drying device; or Hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
