Observed bladder bags of nacho cheese and chilli in 2 seperate nacho cheese hot holding dispensers that have been turned off. Temperature ranged from 65*F to 70*F. Person in charge stated that nacho cheese and chilli were warmed up in dispenser over the weekend and machine was turned off after operational hours. Discussed with person in charge that time/ temperature control for safety (TCS) food items must be hot held at 135*F and above at all times. Please ensure nacho cheese dispenser is *ON* at all times and cheese and chilli have temperatures of 135*F and above. Items were voluntarily discarded. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
