Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.Establishment was observed operating outside the scope of their approved operating permit in violation of MCEHC Chap. 1, Reg. 4(a). Establishment set up food equipment, slushy machines next to soda machine and behind register counter, which requires addition of an eating & drinking permit and would require facilities to wash hands where open food is prepared. Per person in charge (PIC), use of slushy machines shall cease and slushy machines are to be removed from establishment. Re-inspection will be conducted on 2/20/26 to confirm slushy machines are removed.

Establishment had test strips to measure pH levels, no testing devices were available for the sanitizer used on site (bleach). Per PIC these were the only strips available at time of inspection.
