Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence ------ Observed an accumulation of 30+ live drain flies the soda machines and soda bibs. PIC stated a work order had been placed on a leaking soda line which attracted the flies. Discussed proper drain maintenance to eliminate pest harborage conditions. Must obtain licensed pest control prior to re-inspection on 12/15/2022 to eliminate drain fly issue. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
