Observed a food employee pick a dropped bag of fries off the ground, throw away the fries, and sweep up the fries. Then, without first washing their hands observed the foods employee change their gloves and return to fryer to resume cooking.

Predefined Comment: Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC).
