Observed less than 150 ppm Quat sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink actively being used at time of inspection. Quat sanitizer should be between 200-400 ppm to ensure the dishes are properly sanitized. The PIC made the solution by hand and will do so until the dispenser is serviced by a professional technician. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
