Observed containers, sanitizer testing strips, a sponge, and cleaning brush sitting inside of the hand wash sink located next to the 3-compartment sink. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sinks for all activities that are not for handwashing.
