There was no approved hand drying provision at the hand sink behind the front counter and the hand sink near the 3-compartment sink. Person in charge (PIC) re-stocked the paper towels at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Three sandwiches (tuna salad and chicken salad) were observed to be a different color than the others on the shelf. The sandwiches were expired with dates between (9/4-8/31). Person in charge (PIC) pulled from the shelf to return to the vender. See embargo form. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

The manager had the sink supplied with soap at the time of inspection. Advised PIC any dispenser or pump is adequate for use and does not need to be attached to the wall.
