Observed walk-in cooler where meat is stored before retail not self latching. Door requires employee to push door closed after opening. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair walk-in cooler doors to self close after opening prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
