PIC informed that the cleaning crew dumps it outside. Instructed PIC to speak with the cleaning crew about their disposable of wastewater and make sure that they dispose of it properly going forward.

Observed hand soap and paper towels posted at non-hand washing sinks in the establishment, the mop sink and dump sink. Informed PIC that soap and paper towels should not be available at non-hand washing sinks and that designated hand washing sinks should not be used for any other purpose but hand washing. PIC removed the hand washing soap and paper towels from all non-hand washing sinks at time of inspection. Non-handwashing sinks shall not have handwashing aides or devices posted at them. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
